Mr Woolllard explained clearly the surgical options and possible outcomes. During the procedure, performed under local anaesthetic, he remained cheerfully calm and efficient. The outcome of the operation surpassed expectations and his surgical skill is of a very high order. He has inspired trust throughout and is a pleasure to have met. Although other options are available, I have elected to stay under Mr Woollard's care for the foreseeable future.

Alex was recomended to perform plastic surgery on my face after the removal of a large visible tumour on my lip. From our intial meeting i was given clear advice on the types of surgery that would be available to me, what each type of surgery entailed and what the likely outcomes were. Alex was very concious of the potential disfigurement and showed a kind and caring apporach approach at all times. He insisted on seeing me well in advance of the surgery which gave me time to digest and prepare for what lay ahead. On the day of the surgery Alex again was on hand to let me know what now had to be done as a result of the removal of the tumour and simultaneously gave me confidence in how the procedure would work and what would happen to me in the coming hours. I enjoyed great care from Alex in the weeks after the surgery, he always greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello during the appointments for removing sticthes and my final procedures carried out in his clinic. Any questions i had were answered with nothing being considered too small or meneal. Alex's calm, considered and compassionate approach to my care holistically helped me through a very tough few weeks.

I’m only 5 foot 1 and after having 2 large babies I was left with scarred, stretched, wrinkly skin on my tummy. I was also an E-cup breast and after breastfeeding 2 babies was left with sagging G-cup breasts with one breast noticeably larger than the other. Mr Woollard performed a breast reduction and abdominoplasty surgeries. I’m blown away by the results! Even after only 2 weeks the vast improvement is obvious. He managed to remove all damaged tummy skin with only a hip to hip scar and I suffered no loss in sensation on my nipples (which was one of the risks described). His stitching is neat and the cuts have healed really well. He was calm and reassuring and made me feel extremely safe before the surgery. He answered all my crazy questions both before and after surgery. He has given me my confidence back at a time in my life when I desperately need it and for that I am so grateful!

From the moment I met Dr Woollard I felt so comfortable. He listened to me and I knew that he understood what I wanted to achieve. He was very reassuring on the day of the operation and although I was very nervous I had complete trust in him. I didn’t have an image in my head of what my uplift would look like but the first time I saw them I was truly amazed. I can’t thank Dr Woollard enough for helping me achieve something I didn’t think possible. I can’t wait for the summer!
